Before you delete
Export every GLB, STL, optional OBJ, and image set you want to keep. Finished relic files live only on your device after handoff, so BaristaLabs, LLC cannot restore them once the app removes them.
Delete in the app
- Open Custom War Minis.
- Open Armory.
- Scroll to Account Command.
- Choose Delete Account & Relics, review the warning, and confirm.
The app requests server deletion, clears its device-local vault, and returns to the Original Works Pledge. If the app reports that local cleanup could not finish, free device storage and retry before uninstalling.
What is deleted
Relics and reference images stored in the app, local model files, active Reforge data, temporary cloud artifacts, forge history, credits, and active rank are removed. Active provider work is canceled or queued for cleanup where supported.
What may remain
Limited one-way account and anti-abuse identifiers, deletion acknowledgements, credit-ledger entries, and App Store or Google Play purchase records may remain where needed to prevent duplicate grants or fraud, meet accounting or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and document the deletion. These records do not retain your source photos, Reforge instructions, edited images, model files, or relic titles.
Cancel subscriptions separately
Deleting a Custom War Minis account does not cancel store billing. Cancel an active subscription in Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscription settings.
Cannot open the app?
Email support@baristalabs.io from an address where you can receive our reply. Do not send source photos, purchase tokens, raw installation identifiers, or signed artifact links. We may need limited information to locate and verify the account without exposing it to another person.
