Forge unavailable

Check the live service status. If the response does not report a configured forge, wait before spending another credit and contact support.

Transfer interrupted

Reopen the app with a stable connection. The device will resume checking active jobs and attempt the private handoff again. Do not delete the relic while transfer is in progress.

Model file missing

Open the relic in the Vault and use the GLB, OBJ, or STL share action. Once cloud handoff is acknowledged, your device is the source of truth; deleting the app or relic can permanently remove the files.

Credits or rank

Restore purchases from the Armory and confirm the same App Store account is active. TestFlight-only top-offs and simulated ranks do not represent paid production entitlements.

Delete an account

Open Armory, review the deletion consequences, then choose Delete Account & Relics. Export important files and separately cancel any active subscription in Apple Account settings first.

Never email source photos, raw installation identifiers, purchase credentials, or signed artifact links unless support specifically provides a secure method.
